dry
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, preferably not ground
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raisins or pine nuts (optional)
wet
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
(Makes about 24 cookies)
Mix dry together
Add wet
Mix until batter seems right (wet but not too mushy)
Roll into balls, then flatten slightly
Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
